Pricing Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and implement pricing models and policies across freight modes
• oversee quotation and RFQ responses
• review pricing and profitability and implement corrective actions
• manage transportation agreements
• advise on cost-effective transportation solutions
• analyze market trends and competitor pricing
• maintain market-rate data
• negotiate with freight vendors
• lead procurement initiatives and vendor relationships
• lead, mentor, and manage pricing analysts and coordinators
• partner with sales on pricing guidance and customer negotiations
• align pricing with operations and finance
• ensure policy compliance
• document pricing procedures
• prepare and present pricing reports and analyses
• travel up to approximately 25%.
