Medical Records Director

What you'll do

• Manage daily medical records operations
• maintain admission and diagnosis information in PointClickCare
• manage provider recommendations and visit documentation
• track, release, store, and oversee destruction of records
• ensure PPS and Medicare certifications are completed
• serve as HIPAA Security Officer
• conduct chart and security audits
• liaise with payers and manage appeals
• maintain provider credentialing and visit schedules
• submit weekly census reports.
