What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on restaurant kitchen equipment, HVAC/refrigeration systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building components
• respond to routine and urgent maintenance needs
• maintain parts inventory and keep tools, materials, and work areas organized
• participate in remodels, refrigeration projects, and corporate initiatives as needed
• communicate with restaurant teams, vendors, and leadership.
