What you'll do

• Support team morale
• help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• coach employees, provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, and set goals
• recognize individual and team accomplishments
• generate and present reports
• assist with vehicle washing or delivery when needed
• drive daily production and market operations
• identify improvements to customer and team experience
• manage complex and sensitive customer-facing issues.
