What you'll do

• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and job flow
• supervise and coach customer service staff
• resolve escalated customer issues
• manage parts inventory, trucks, and vendor relationships
• monitor revenue, job costing, gross margin, callbacks, and technician productivity
• work with the owner on pricing, estimates, and budgets
• control expenses and purchasing within approved authority
• build service agreements and repeat business
• recruit, hire, and onboard staff
• partner on marketing and lead sources
• identify revenue opportunities
• set expectations and provide feedback and training
• ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, refrigerant handling, and safety requirements
• maintain job and warranty records.
