What you'll do

• Support people in achieving valued outcomes in individualized service plans
• assist and supervise individuals in their chosen environments
• promote community integration
• assist with program planning and training toward independence and choice
• provide protective oversight based on individual needs
• teach personal hygiene, self-care, and daily living skills
• support community inclusion, money management, travel training, social skills, and community safety
• submit timely service documentation
• represent the ISAIL program professionally in the community
• meet monthly with a supervisor.
