What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate In-Home Sales Representatives
• review scheduled appointments
• run at least five sales appointments per week alongside representatives
• assist with in-home presentations and closing
• monitor sales performance
• conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments
• lead training and team meetings
• set expectations and develop new representatives.
