What you'll do

• Own product design from research through information architecture, interaction and visual design, and interface copy
• establish and maintain the design system
• design decision, consent, and verification-disclosure patterns
• set accessibility and inclusive-design standards
• conduct ongoing user research and usability testing
• partner with product, engineering, and AI teams
• shape the design function over time through hiring or mentoring, or as a senior individual contributor.
