What you'll do
- Develop and refine CNC programs using TopSolid and Mastercam for 3-, 4-, and introductory simultaneous 5-axis machining
- support mill-turn and turn-mill platforms
- verify programs through simulation and support machine prove-outs
- assist with new-part introduction, setup sheets, and process documentation
- troubleshoot machining issues
- work with machinists during setup and early production
- identify opportunities to improve cycle time, surface finish, and repeatability.
