What you'll do

• Welcome test takers and explain procedures
• verify IDs and follow exam security protocols
• set up workstations and troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams
• supervise exams under PSI policies
• perform opening and closing procedures and light housekeeping
• support test takers with accessibility needs.

Why this role
