What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight

• communicate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• coordinate medications and healthcare needs
• oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• supervise and mentor CNAs
• maintain compliant documentation
• and support infection control and quality initiatives.
