What you'll do

• Set expectations, train, coach, provide feedback, and conduct employee reviews
• participate in interviews and hiring
• build pickup and delivery routes in the Pyle ERP system
• ensure loading and unloading processes are followed
• review load plans and HAZMAT loading for driver safety and DOT requirements
• ensure shipments are manifested and stowed properly
• maintain dock operations reports
• oversee Pyle Priority Shipments.
