Senior Support Staff — Individual Shelter is an onsite, full-time role in Brockton, MA, working 11 p.m.–8 a.m. Pay is $18.50–$20 per hour. Father Bill's & MainSpring works to end and prevent homelessness in Southern Massachusetts through housing, training, placement, and prevention services. The role helps maintain shelter safety and structure, responds to emergencies, supports guests, and ensures accurate documentation and communication. As a senior member of the shift, it also mentors General Support Staff and helps coordinate operations and guest care.

What you'll do

• Ensure guest and site safety
• enforce site rules
• respond to emergencies and document incidents
• support shift coverage and staff training
• coordinate care when management is absent during emergencies
• complete or ensure intake and program documentation
• support guests and initiate crisis intervention when needed
• monitor security cameras and site entry
• mentor and train General Support Staff.
