What you'll do

• Provide fast, friendly customer service online, by phone, and in person
• manage money and inventory controls using the point-of-sale system
• complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• open or close the location
• follow direction from the franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors.
