The Korean Activities Assistant role is onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ, part-time, with a 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $15.92 per hour. The position supports the Korean Unit at Laurel Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, where meaningful engagement is intended to enrich residents' lives. The assistant helps plan and carry out activities that support residents' social, physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. The role also documents participation, builds relationships with residents, communicates observed changes to team members, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Korean language ability is required.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming environment
• document resident participation
• assist with planning and implementing recreational, social, educational, and community-based programs
• encourage participation based on residents' interests and abilities
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• communicate observed changes in residents
• assist with outreach events and administrative records
• prepare and set up activities
• and safely escort residents to and from activities. Must speak Korean.
