What you'll do

• Lead and strengthen the Enterprise Analytics team
• develop talent and identify staffing gaps
• collaborate across Analytics and functional teams to shape enterprise strategy and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• engage carriers and translate their goals into bidding actions
• work with the Head of Analytics to refine and execute Analytics function strategy.
