General Manager, Pilates Studio

The role builds pre-opening membership and community relationships, hires and develops the studio team, oversees daily operations and financial performance, and helps launch the studio with a strong member experience.

What you'll do

• Lead pre-sale strategy and membership growth
• manage leads and sales
• develop local partnerships and outreach events
• track sales, retention, revenue, and utilization KPIs
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and manage staff
• oversee scheduling, payroll, reporting, inventory, expenses, and brand standards
• complete instructor training and teach approximately 4–6 classes per month or as needed.
