What you'll do

• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage
• explain hotel facilities and answer questions
• check and store luggage
• maintain the lobby station, bellstand, lobby, and baggage room
• greet guests and open doors
• post daily event information
• use the intershift log
• deliver messages and valet items to rooms
• perform airport pickups and drop-offs and inspect vehicles
• may perform valet duties
• assist with key inventory
• follow attendance and safety requirements.
