What you'll do

• Maintain constant surveillance of the assigned pool zone and respond to emergencies within 10 seconds
• check for hazards, rotate positions, enforce pool rules, and conduct swim tests. Assist with ancillary duties during downtime, attend required trainings and meetings, complete incident reports, and follow pool schedules and YMCA procedures.
