What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
• assist with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
• transport materials, tools, and equipment across job sites
• direct traffic and maintain safe work zones when required
• operate hand and power tools
• build, set, and dismantle concrete forms
• clean and prepare job sites
• load, unload, and distribute materials
• assist finishers, crew leaders, and supervisors
• maintain tools and equipment
• perform digging, backfilling, leveling, and compacting.
