What you'll do

• Prepare desserts, pastries, petit fours, and sugar confections in quantities suited to menus and guest counts
• measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• check produce quality and follow storage procedures
• gather and stock ingredients
• complete assigned tasks on time
• set up buffets for the main house and banquet events
• serve at action stations and interact with members and guests
• complete opening and closing procedures
• assist with banquet dessert plating
• maintain clean work areas and equipment
• follow safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
