What you'll do

• Prepare nutritious meals according to menus and dietary requirements
• prepare food in large quantities while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation
• follow special dietary restrictions and provide alternatives
• follow food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• work cooperatively with dietary and healthcare team members
• communicate with coworkers and residents
• maintain resident confidentiality
• help create a welcoming dining experience.
