What you'll do

• Own monthly sales goals
• convert prospects into members
• manage and develop sales associates
• build partnerships and grassroots marketing efforts
• support revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and events
• follow up with members and leads
• handle member inquiries and account changes
• train and coach staff
• coordinate with the Lead Instructor and other studio managers
• and manage inventory, schedules, and daily operations.
