What you'll do
- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
- monitor clinic capacity, staffing, scheduling, supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- maintain emergency preparedness and compliance with FQHC, HRSA, FTCA, UDS, and other applicable requirements
- partner with Quality Improvement teams on initiatives, audits, metrics, and Patient-Centered Medical Home activities
- supervise, train, and evaluate staff
- support hiring, onboarding, budget management, revenue cycle performance, and operational KPIs.
