What you'll do

• Develop business plans and acquire new middle-market relationships
• prospect and build pipelines to meet loan, deposit, revenue, and fee goals
• conduct client discovery meetings
• serve as primary advisor to a portfolio of commercial clients
• structure and negotiate credit facilities
• analyze financial statements and repayment capacity
• prepare credit requests
• monitor portfolio performance, covenants, collateral, and credit quality
• partner with Treasury Management on cash management and payment solutions
• maintain client and portfolio records
• coordinate annual reviews and renewals
• collaborate with internal banking teams
• mentor and coach less-experienced Relationship Managers.
