What you'll do

• Deliver direct ABA services and model clinical standards
• support the BCBA in consistent implementation of treatment plans
• mentor and guide Registered Behavior Technicians
• implement individualized plans designed by the BCBA
• collect behavioral data and communicate trends to the supervising BCBA
• communicate with families about progress and session updates
• collaborate with team members.
