Compensation is $18–$20 per year. The Retail Brand Ambassador role is an onsite position based in Hermitage, TN. This role exists to drive customer engagement and lead generation within retail environments. By interacting with shoppers and educating them on HVAC and home comfort solutions, the ambassador plays a key role in scheduling in-home consultations and expanding the company's service reach.

What you'll do

• Engage with retail shoppers to discuss home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador to educate customers on ARS services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for specialists.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence and support retail promotions.
