What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care
• assess and document resident status, interventions, responses, needs, and progress
• communicate with registered nurses and physicians
• prepare and administer medications
• observe and document medication responses
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• document accidents and incidents
• maintain accurate narcotic records and report discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
