What you'll do

• Build and maintain client relationships
• ensure timely, high-quality service
• lead maintenance crews through dispatch, workload planning, performance management, and coaching
• inspect properties and communicate action plans
• identify additional service opportunities and prepare proposals and bids
• generate referrals and new business
• grow the branch’s contract base
• partner with branch leadership on retention, quality, growth, employee development, and profitability.
