Lead Employment Consultant

What you'll do

• Support participants with person-centered job searches, onboarding, and early-stage training
• build relationships with participants, families, guardians, vocational rehabilitation counselors, advocates, and employers
• identify workplace natural supports
• maintain participant documentation and caseload reviews
• provide travel training or public transportation assistance
• support workplace safety education
• develop employer relationships and employment opportunities
• complete program paperwork and billing documentation
• mentor new Employment Consultants
• help identify funding opportunities and support program growth.
