What you'll do

• Manage daily configuration and operation of business systems
• optimize performance and resource utilization and conduct capacity analysis
• develop and oversee automation for installation, upgrades, configuration, administration, and maintenance
• investigate issues and recommend technical solutions
• plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for operating systems, storage, virtual infrastructure, and IT assets
• administer systems across concurrent projects
• coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• support definition of system and environmental requirements
• provide expert assistance and user training.
