Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to reported building issues, including climate control, odors, smoke, damage, and emergencies
• provide on-call support and urgent repairs
• document work orders in the maintenance management system
• monitor building security
• inspect and replace light bulbs
• perform minor plumbing repairs and basic electrical tasks
• identify when an electrician is needed
• assist with moves and workspace setup
• install pictures and shelving and handle furniture
• transport goods or equipment
• operate a forklift and move materials safely
• perform other duties assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
