What you'll do

• Manage inbound leads through the CRM and schedule appointments
• educate customers about services and drive membership and product sales
• meet or exceed sales KPIs

• open and close the store
• handle cash, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
• maintain store readiness, cleanliness, and safety
• act as manager on duty when the store manager is absent
• support daily priorities and store goals.
