What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property representatives
• conduct routine and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, perimeters, and grounds
• monitor access points and visitor activity and report suspicious behavior
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to post orders and escalation procedures
• document patrols, observations, incidents, and security activities.
