What you'll do

• Provide personal care and hygiene, assist with transfers, turning, and positioning, prepare meals and assist with oral nutrition protocols in the non-medical care plan, and maintain a clean and safe care area.
• Work alongside home health nursing staff and promptly report changes in the client’s comfort or status.
