What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• support store presentation and operations
• process purchases and returns
• answer guest questions
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• maintain cleanliness and merchandising
• complete Omni-Channel orders
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• safeguard assets and make deposits
• reconcile transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and process recalls and stock pulls
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in management’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures and company policies.
