What you'll do

• Answer service desk calls
• triage and assign service tickets

• gather ticket details for technical resources
• monitor new and critical tickets
• provide ticket status to clients and the team
• schedule service tickets by priority, service level, and resource
• escalate tickets as needed
• follow up to verify resolution and satisfaction
• assist with reporting and metrics
• support ticketing-process improvements.
