The Engineering and Operations Manager – Switch Matrix is an onsite, full-time position in Loveland, CO, with a stated pay range of $43–$53 per hour. What you'll do

• Oversee switch-matrix design and layout for design-for-manufacturing and serviceability
• lead and develop five mechanical engineers and five lab technicians
• support manufacturability during integration
• coordinate schedules and part availability with project coordinators and procurement
• align production schedules with staffing and materials
• promote collaboration between engineering and lab teams
• conduct one-on-ones and annual performance reviews.
