The Caregiver — Evening Shift, Assisted Living and Memory Care role is onsite in Essex, MD, with pay of $16.50–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The scheduled shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. The role supports residents in the Assisted Living or Memory Care team at Lighthouse Hopkins Creek. The caregiver helps residents with daily routines while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. By following individualized service plans, observing and reporting changes, and communicating with the incoming team, the role supports continuity of care and a welcoming community.

What you'll do

• Follow individualized resident service plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and other daily activities
• encourage resident independence
• observe and report changes to the nursing supervisor
• document care and communicate important information to the incoming team
• check and record vital signs and weights as assigned
• assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and restorative care
• help residents reach meals, activities, and appointments
• support evening routines
• respond to resident calls
• maintain clean, safe rooms and common areas
• support fall prevention.
