Survey Manager — Professional Land Surveyor

The Survey Manager role is onsite in Greenville, SC, with a Monday–Thursday schedule of 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Friday hours of 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Compensation is described as a competitive salary plus performance bonus, with no numeric range stated. The role contributes to public and private projects through accurate boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveying and mapping.

What you'll do

• Manage boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys
• prepare and oversee maps, boundary adjustments, subdivision maps, records of survey, and legal descriptions
• ensure compliance with surveying standards and ownership requirements
• lead field crews and technicians
• manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• advise engineering teams
• solve surveying and mapping challenges
• maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
