Luxury Sales Consultant

The Luxury Sales Consultant role is in person at the Chestnut Hill, MA showroom. The targeted compensation budget is $22–$24 per hour. The consultant guides customers through jewelry purchases and related appointments, creating personalized experiences while working toward sales targets. The role also manages incoming leads, supports post-sale needs, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming showroom experience.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through purchases via appointments and walk-in consultations
• manage sales leads through email, live chat, and phone
• greet and assist customers
• conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries
• confirm appointments
• review customer feedback
• enforce waiting-room policies and product security
• open or close the showroom
• use the ERP system.
