The Medical Assistant role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, paying $18–$22 per hour. Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research describe an integrated model of outpatient and interventional psychiatry alongside industry-sponsored pharmaceutical clinical research, with a mission of compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. The assistant supports providers, psychiatric residents, clinical staff, and patients by coordinating clinical workflows, preparing patients and records, and helping maintain timely communication and safe, efficient care. The role connects providers with the clinical support team and contributes to a positive patient experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain patient records, clinical documentation, and medication lists
• coordinate clinical activities, examination rooms, schedules, and patient flow
• communicate with physicians, psychiatric residents, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• obtain vital signs and update medication and medical histories
• assist with procedures and treatments within training, competency, and applicable regulations
• follow clinical protocols, infection control, safety, and documentation requirements
• collaborate with front desk, back office, providers, residents, and administrative teams.
