What you'll do

• Prepare and/or review tax returns based on qualifications
• respond to IRS and state tax notices
• prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
• complete state and local tax filings
• ensure returns are accurate and filed on time
• communicate with clients to request information and answer questions
• build and maintain client relationships
• manage multiple engagements and tax-season deadlines.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; CPA or EA preferred; 3–4 years of public accounting tax experience; Thomson Reuters UltraTax/Accounting CS experience is a plus; QuickBooks knowledge required.
