The technician contributes to emergency and critical care by assisting with triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and nursing care. Collaboration with veterinarians and the care team helps deliver timely, compassionate support to patients and pet parents.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage through discharge
• assist with medications, monitoring, IVs, CRIs, and blood transfusions
• perform CPR as trained
• support diagnostics, imaging, sample collection, and tube placement
• assist with anesthesia and advanced techniques including central lines, endoscopy, and ultrasounds
• communicate with the team and help coordinate care.

Why this role

Requires state credentialing as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) and at least one year of veterinary technician experience. Emergency or specialty medicine experience is preferred. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be scheduled on a rotating or as-needed basis.
