What you'll do

• Deliver hands-on training and certification
• coach teams on food quality, recipes, portion control, production planning, food safety, cleanliness, and operating standards
• reinforce waste, receiving, inventory, and food cost practices
• coach on product knowledge and customer engagement
• support leadership development
• train teams on new products, equipment, programs, SOPs, and initiatives
• identify training needs and follow up.
