The Commercial HVAC Project & Construction Sales Executive role is an onsite position in Buffalo, NY. Compensation is $70,000–$110,000 per year. The executive develops commercial HVAC project business by building customer relationships and guiding opportunities from prospecting and site visits through proposals, negotiation, and project handoff. The role coordinates with estimating, project management, and technical teams to shape customer needs into defined, competitively priced projects.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue commercial HVAC project opportunities
• build relationships with building owners, facility and property managers, and general contractors
• conduct site visits and review project requirements with internal teams
• develop estimates, quotations, and proposals
• manage the sales pipeline and meet sales and profitability goals
• coordinate project handoffs and maintain customer communication.
