What you'll do

• Provide shift-based operational support to maintain continuity.
• Act as a contact point for FBO Dispatchers, GMs, and external liaisons.
• Aid in the management of de-icing operations, diversion planning, and peaking event strategies.
• Address ramp congestion and fueling delays.
• Support the management of scheduled operations and charter activities.
• Facilitate communication with pilots and VIPs.
• Assist in organizing shift briefings and managing email correspondences.
• Ensure effective communication within the NOC.
