What you'll do

• Lead and develop maintenance personnel
• strengthen preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• manage work priorities, schedules, shutdowns, turnarounds, major repairs, and emergency maintenance
• lead root-cause failure analyses and corrective actions
• manage budgets and maintenance performance measures
• oversee MRO inventory, critical spares, and contractors
• maintain equipment records and work orders in ERP/CMMS
• support mechanical integrity, regulatory compliance, equipment replacement planning, and startup of new equipment.

Why this role

Requires at least 10 years of progressive maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing experience in process manufacturing, including leadership. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
