Bilingual Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries from field representatives, dealerships, customers, and lenders by email, telephone, and chat
• resolve questions, complaints, and requests, including contract interpretation
• provide dealer portal technical support and troubleshooting
• generate reports using Cognos, Salesforce, and Excel
• coordinate with departments and associates.
