What you'll do

• Observe and assist with Multi-Peril and Private Product claims and adjusting
• develop customer relationship skills alongside Territory Sales Managers and agents
• learn crop insurance products, loss procedures, agricultural practices, and precision technology
• job shadow at the West Des Moines home office
• prepare and deliver a capstone presentation
• travel as assigned, with possible overnight stays.
